Its easy for a artist to say I make music, its easy for a producer to say I make beats, and its easy for a writer to say I write songs,But when you merge all of those talents into one person equally what do you say…? For me its been a long grind,and like anybody else who has been through ups and downs I have a real story to tell. Since I can remember Ive had a passion for musicand have always been hands on with every aspect. In the beginning I didnt even realize my own talents, I used to (and still to this day) do it for the love of music & just creating something from nothing. I can remember selling beats for $10-$30 when I was in High School and people used to say “Man you crazy! you can be making about $300 for each beat!” but I didn’t look at it like that, I was thinking if I make 7 beats tonight then tomorrow I can make $70-$200 quick! It was easy money to me ..Now most people come up to me and be like – who do ya beats? or where you record at?, or who designed ya websites?- and every time I tell them its all me ,I get this look of disbelief like “hell naw man you aint doing all this shit by yourself” and I always be like yep! My fans and artist spoke, and i listened. There will be no more free beats unless I Have a contest or promotion going on, instead there is a discounted beat section on the sidebar of every page. All of the main beats will lease for the current price that I’m charging in the studio and exclusives will be the same. If you were a member of the old www.moneymanbeatz.com I still have all of your info, but you will have to create a new login or simply join the mailing list. There are plenty of websites to find free beats over the internet but this isn’t one!.. Think about this! wouldn’t you rather be the only one in your area with a specific beat? , or have 1000′s of people with the same beat because it was free. I’m not competing with other producers to sell beats online. Im more concerned with producing quality artist & making good music ,that alone will be beneficial to the both of us.
